Helenne Deutscher is funny, empathetic and wise beyond belief. Hiring her was one of the best things we ever did – she helped us improve our leadership skills, learn the basic skills of conflict resolution and how to work together as a family. I feel the need to express the sincere appreciation and love that I feel for you. I have come a long way in my journey in life and it was your assistance that allowed me to step into my loving path. I had the opportunity to experience hell on earth and very difficult lessons. I no longer choose to go to that depth of pain again. You showed me that indeed I had choices. You helped me understand spiritual laws and life cycles. I now have a new understanding that absolutely and completely changed my life, and for that I am most grateful to you, Tomas. The higher understanding engendered peace in my heart and it deepened the opportunity to love and the potential for joy. I thank you for that! You continue to inspire my life every single day. The Stephen R. Covey quote: We are not human beings on a spiritual journey: we are spiritual beings on a human journey” always struck a chord with me. Oddly enough; it is a quote that we see regularly in the business world, in books, on cubicle walls and in motivational posters. The spirit world had been sending me a message that I read many times with my eyes and interpreted intellectually. The irony is that I never read it with my spirit. This is not surprising given that our sense of spirit often takes a “back-seat” to our other overworked five senses. Beacon of the Light and Helenne helped me realize the true power of the Covey quote, that is; when you listen to your intuitive, or your spirit, you realize an incredible balance, peace and power that makes the human journey more pleasant and satisfying.

Working with Tomas and Helenne was a miracle for my life and career. I was stuck and I didn’t know it. The process hit me with a dose of reality. I was stuck and it got me going. I am now utilizing the principles every day of my life and so should you.

Karen’s tireless support as a counselor made the difference. Her compassion and thorough handling during my working with her helped me plan and manage any eventuality that surfaced. I sometimes found myself questioning God’s wisdom, if not His existence. Karen helped me hang onto my faith and strengthen my relationship with God. Her understanding helped me see the world, my purpose, and my life in a different light.

I met Karen Rubinstein at a seminar at Barry University where she was talking about “Stress in the Workplace”. This was shortly after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I knew this woman was there for me! She was going to teach me how to get through this horrific challenge. Each visit I had I experienced a change in me. I began once again to have faith that I knew I was going to come to the other side of this. I am still in treatment. I can’t imagine how I could have gone through the entire unknown without her. I am forever grateful for what she has taught me and will continue to teach me.
