Bella:
Gift of Love
A heart’s desire is unique. Each of us has our own. Some of us want the perfect mate, the great career, money, prestige, fame. Each of us has our own idea of that special something. I also had a desire of the heart and outwardly it looked like it would be easily attainable. It was not.
I wanted a DOG. People who knew me would shake their heads and wonder, ‘that’s it?’ For me, yes, that was it. Destiny and circumstances seemed to conspire against me. I lived in a place that was very affordable, and although I looked at moving, I could not afford it. I finally came to terms with putting my desire away and staying where I was without a dog. I said to God, ‘I am OK, I don’t have to have a dog.’
A few months later, I found out that it would be possible for me to have my desire. God gave me Bella. I still live in my same apartment, and now legally. I am able to have my heart’s desire. God has brought me a miracle. Bella, a 3.7 lb teacup Yorkshire Terrier. I could go on and on about my wonderful gift. It is enough for me to say I did not know I was capable of a love such as this. It has brought me to a new level in my life.
